Reverse Vending Machine is a project that reward those who recycle tin/aluminium as a step to encourage people to recycle more rather than throwing them in general waste. This project works when an item is inserted and a button is pressed to let the sensor check whether it is tin/aluminium or not. If the item is a tin/aluminium, then it will open to let the item drop in and update the amount of item in the display. The items can be added by inserting one by one and pressing the button. If the item is not tin/aluminium, then it will not open. Finally, after inserting all the items, the receipt can print out by pressing another button to claim it at the counter.
